Yoga & Ayurveda are ancient sister sciences used to balance the mind and body, bringing harmony to the soul. We are all unique individuals - a combination of the 3 doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). Ayurveda teaches us that we are all affected differently by diet and exercise depending on our dominant dosha and any imbalance.
In this class, we will move through a practice of posture (asana) and breath (pranayama) and discuss Ayurveda therapy to maintain balance and harmony. Please come with any questions that you might have and feel free to take the Ayurveda quiz to determine your dosha before we begin to have a better understanding during the class.
